Party Hirings/One-off Occasional Hirings

Our Main Hall and Meeting Room are available for party hirings and other one-off occasional hirings during term-time on weekends and some bank holidays.

Saturdays between the hours of 1.30pm and 10pm and Sundays between the hours of 8am and 5 pm.

Minimum hire time for birthday parties and other one-off occasional hirings: 3 hours 

Latest bookings: We do not normally accept bookings later than 10pm
Notice of bookings: We need 3 weeks notice to fulfil a booking

Hire Fees

up to 7pm: 
£18 per hour
 7 - 10pm: £30 per hour 


Damage/Overrunning/Excessive cleaning Deposit:

Up to 7pm: £60.-; bookings later than 7pm: £250.-

Cancellations:     

  • a £10.- admin fee applies for all cancellations    
  • full refund of security deposit for all cancellations    
  • full refund of hiring fee will be given for cancellations up to 21 days prior to the booked date, less admin fee     
  • cancellations with less than 3 weeks’ notice will be given a 50% refund of hiring fee, less admin fee     
  • cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will be given refund of security deposit only


Other information:

Baby-changing facilities (Main Hall only)

Bouncy castles may be used up to a maximum of 3m high and 4m wide (Main Hall only)

Chairs and tables available, included in hall hire.

Full kitchen use included in hall hire.

If alcohol is to be sold, a Temporary Event Notice is required.

All hirings must take account of set-up and clear-away within their booked time.
